Plot Twist #8
Plot TwistJessica was teething on her nails while pacing around the room, apprehensive about meeting Tiffany. She doesn’t know what to expect, especially when she is 100% sure that Tiffany hates her to the moon and back (– and forth and back again.) Jessica was never religious – in fact, she doesn’t even ever recall opening the Bible – but right now, she’s calling on to different Gods, praying for Minho to arrive in time before his ex does. What did I get myself into? Why did I agree to that stupid fart’s request?!
Before she was able to continue cursing at the ‘stupid fart’ even more, her phone vibrated, indicating a text message received. She saw that Minho messaged her that he’s almost there. Even though that calmed her a bit, she replied that he’d better be and threatened him that she will burn his closet if he’s still not here within a minute. Sent.
Ding, dong!
At the sound of the doorbell, Jessica felt relieved and hurriedly went to open the door, failing to see a new message notification in her phone indicating that the person she had a house appointment with, is in front of her house already. And yes, people, it is Tiffany Hwang (and friends.) And Jessica never felt a great feeling of regret in her life except at this moment. (Gasp!)
Like a scene in banal dramas (the one that has a wife-and-mistress confrontation moment), standing right in front of her, equally shocked as she is, was Tiffany Hwang and two of her friends. As if the time stopped, everything stopped moving, while at the same time, Jessica’s world came crashing down all at once at her. . Holy . Jessica was frozen by the door, gripping the metal knob for dear life. Alt
